Responsible Individual Made Official!

We are pleased to share that Marianne has recently successfully completed her Fit Person interview with Ofsted and is now the named Responsible Individual for The Bettermeant Group.

Marianne takes over from our previous Responsible Individual, who remains with the organisation and will be transitioning into the role of Head of Compliance and Quality Assurance, ensuring continuity and ongoing strength within our leadership team.

Marianne joined The Bettermeant Group in June 2024 and has spent the past eight months working closely with our existing Home Manager, as well as supporting our second home through its journey towards Ofsted registration. She brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously been rated ‘Outstanding’ as a manager with another provider before joining us at TBG.

We wish Marianne every success in her role and look forward to the positive impact her leadership will have across our homes.
