Role Description:
Established in 2023, The Bettermeant Group is looking for a qualified Deputy Manager to join us. We currently have two fabulous homes which are graded Outstanding and Good with Ofsted. As we continue to grow this is an exciting time to be part of the TBG team!

Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Home Deputy Manager to oversee operations within a children’s home. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing, safety, and development of young people in our care.
This role offers an opportunity to lead a compassionate team, implement care strategies, and uphold high standards of residential childcare.
The Deputy Manager will work closely with the management team to deliver exceptional support and care services aligned with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Essential: Minimum 2 years experience within residential childcare
Essential: Level 4 NVQ residential childcare or equivalent
Preferred: Full UK Driving Licence
Preferred: Experience as Deputy or Senior in a residential childcare setting
Pay: £35,250.00-£37,000.00 per year
