The Bettermeant Group established in 2023 has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager of an existing home graded Good by Ofsted.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new manager to build their own staff team and personalise the home!
We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to become our next OFSTED Registered Manager.

Role Description:
To be responsible for the full range of activities involved in managing a children’s home reflecting the social care common inspection framework and working in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
To positively shape the future of young people in our care
To ensure that the safety and well-being of each child is at the heart of everyday practice in the home
To lead in the provision of a safe and homely environment

Level 5 / Level 7 Diploma
Requirements:
Essential: Minimum 4 years' Experience within residential child care sector
Preferred: Level 5 NVQ/Diploma in Residential Management & Leadership
Essential: Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
Preferred: Experience as Ofsted registered manager
Good organisational skills
Able to confidently lead a team
The role will be contracted to a minimum of 40 hours per week

Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
